Welcome to iterluxe.com (the “Site”), operated by IterLuxe Travel (“IterLuxe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this Site or submitting a trip inquiry through it, you agree to the terms below.
IterLuxe is an independent travel planning studio. We design custom itineraries and help coordinate travel arrangements on your behalf, working with airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and other third-party suppliers. We are not the airline, hotel, cruise line, or tour operator itself, and the travel services you ultimately book are governed by that supplier’s own terms, fares, and policies.
Submitting our Plan My Trip form, or otherwise contacting us about a trip, is a request for a consultation and proposal. It does not create a booking or a binding reservation. A trip is only confirmed once we’ve discussed the details together, you’ve approved a specific itinerary and cost, and any required deposit or payment has been received.
Where a deposit or payment is required to hold or confirm a booking, we’ll let you know the amount, due date, and accepted payment methods before you’re asked to pay. Prices we quote reflect supplier rates at the time of the proposal and can change if not secured promptly, particularly for airfare and limited-availability accommodations.
Cancellation, change, and refund terms are set by the individual airline, hotel, cruise line, or tour operator involved in your trip, not by IterLuxe, and they vary by supplier and rate type. We’ll share the relevant policy for each part of your trip before you confirm it, and we’re glad to help with any change or cancellation request, though we can’t guarantee a particular outcome once a policy has been agreed to with the supplier.
You’re responsible for making sure you and anyone traveling with you have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any other documentation required for your destination. We’re happy to point you toward requirements we’re aware of, but final responsibility for meeting them rests with you.
We strongly recommend travel insurance for every trip, covering at minimum trip cancellation, interruption, and medical emergencies. IterLuxe does not provide insurance directly and isn’t responsible for losses that adequate coverage would have addressed.
IterLuxe plans and coordinates travel in good faith but isn’t liable for the acts, errors, omissions, delays, or cancellations of any third-party supplier, or for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, strikes, government action, or other force majeure events. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our planning services is limited to the fees paid to us directly for those services.
The content on this Site, including text, photos, itineraries, and travel guides, belongs to IterLuxe or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You’re welcome to view and share it for personal, non-commercial purposes, but may not copy or repurpose it commercially without our written permission.
When using this Site, you agree not to misuse it, interfere with its normal operation, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.
This Site may link to third-party websites we don’t control, including supplier and partner sites. We aren’t responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Arizona], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the courts located in that state, unless otherwise required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time, and the “Last updated” date above will reflect the latest revision. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
